Wierder still if that’s possible is that on the radiator, the connections for the cooler are plugged with the correct type of “flare plugs”. It’s like they put in a new radiator or something but then wnet to “extra” effort to goof up the cooler lines and AC condenser which appaarently wasn’t leaking because it holds tranny fluid! My plan is to somehow pressure test the “correct” cooler in the radiator and then replace the lines to get it back to “normal”.

No telling what the difference in pressure drop is between the AC condenser and the correct cooler. No telling what ill cooling effects it has.
